Overview
Uybo E Kez was founded durring the early 14th century in winter of the year 1336, by Brêm Gheengiabash Tuvno. The establishment of Uybo E Kez was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Brêm Gheengiabash Tuvno struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Uybo E Kez as a prison colony.
Uybo E Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Uybo E Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.
Uybo E Kez is was constructed arround several spacious packed earth mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Uybo E Kez's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Astonishigly, the political statment focused walls are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
A quick look in any direction shows Uybo E Kez is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this town live. Or if the general public wasn’t so enthusiastically, openly, and merrily participating in these activities.
Civic Infrastructure
Uybo E Kez has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Uybo E Kez. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Uybo E Kez's parks.
Uybo E Kez has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Uybo E Kez.

Uybo E Kez has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Uybo E Kez's natural decorations nor waterways.
Uybo E Kez has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Uybo E Kez has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Uybo E Kez's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.
In Uybo E Kez yeast remains dormant.
The Skinstitch near Uybo E Kez are known to be quite timid.
Uybo E Kez's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves reenactments to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 2 via oath swearing.

POI
History
A vast influx of newcomers over the last (29935 % 6)+1 years has greatly spiked Uybo E Kez's population. They may have been drawn by economic opportunities, or fled some pursuing peril, or been forcibly moved there by a ruler who wanted to dilute the existing native cohesion. The natives may not have the resources or opportunities to integrate these newcomers, and it may be that the new population has no desire to stay longer than is necessary.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Kami solved a major long term problem plaguing the town. One of Uybo E Kez's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
